De-struction update August 20th, 2010!
With the story line that the new Legoland Amusement Park will not use the Starliner wooden roller coaster. The park has dismantled the roller coaster and stacked it in the parking lot. The story is that the coaster is  up for sale in the hopes that the ride will get purchased and rebuilt at another park. Well, I can tell you by the looks of the photos below and what I saw on site that the coaster has been removed. The ride was taken down in a typical manner by removing the track layers and saving only the main structure. Still there is hope that there will be a buyer for the ride and that it may one day run again. Below you will see the Starliner as it currently sits in the parking lot.
