SheiKra in January 2005
Construction Update January 2nd, 2005!
 What's new today at the SheiKra job site. In the last couple days it looks like a couple more sections of lift hill track have been erected. Still working on the tunnel area as there is alot of work being done getting the tunnel area ready for concrete to be installed. More track has been arriving and looks like they are getting more pieces of the lift hill ready. Would you look at that 45 degree angle.

Construction Update January 9th, 2005!
 Stopped by the park today for a few more photos of SheiKra construction. Looks like another support has gone up for the ever growing lift hill. Its starting to look rather tall. Lots more prep work on the top of the tunnel area and looks like a bunch of footers are getting poured.
Construction Update January 12th, 2005!
 It was time for another Sheikra construction photo run. She grows as another section of track for the lift hill has been erected as SheiKra reaches upward. Over the top of the tunnel area steel prep work and looks like the beginnings of the sides for where the track goes in later. Still more photos getting poured as work moves along. The ride can be seen from just about everywhere in the park now.
Construction Update January 17th, 2005!
 Another photo update is at hand. It looks like more work being done on the maintainance building. More work being done on the tunnel area and looks like more photos are going up. The job site is really starting to take shape and you get an idea of the ride layout with all the footers getting done.
Construction Update January 21st, 2005!
Alot is happening today at the SheiKra construction site. Looks like they have completed getting the top of the lift hill ready for installation. They have added another support to the lift hill which is the final one. We should see the lift topped off in the coming week. Looks like the bottom of the first drop has been installed also. The tunnel has been poured this week.
Construction Update January 26th, 2005!
Big news today from the park.  Today was the day 200 feet up as SheiKras lift hill has been topped off. The ride can be seen from several miles from the park as I was driving in. Other work happening today, looks like more work has been done on the tunnel area as it looks like more prep work for future sides of the pond area and looks like more work on the station area is happening.
Construction Update January 29th, 2005!
Lets see what is new today over at Busch Gardens. Just happend to catch the guys making a large lift of 2 sections of track as they are getting it ready to be installed across the top of the tunnel. Other work going on it looks like they are getting some of the top of the lift hill turn sections ready for assembly. The ride is starting to take shape as each new section of track is installed.
