Today I had time to stop in at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington, Texas for some rides on the amazing New Texas Giant roller coaster. Gates to the park opened at 2:00 pm so I headed straight for the Giant and into the front seat. Up the lift and headed for the first drop then down we go. The first drop is amazing has a steep drop into a low double up airtime hill. Down another hill and up into a sideways turn followed by another. Around to the mid brake and heading for more fun. This time head through the lift hill structure for a couple of hills and turns all providing good airtime and smooth ride. The tunnels are awesome as you begin your run towards the end of the ride. The tunnels are fun and have some cool lighting effects with some fun airtime too. Overall its an amazing ride good height, smooth track, great airtime and lots of sideways turns. After quite a few rides on the New Texas Giant I headed over for a few laps on the amazing Titan roller coaster. It was then time to hit a few other rides in the park as I walked my way around the park. Had to hit the awesome Catwoman Whip ride and a few rides on the Batman roller coaster. Had time to see the new Joker 4D track and construction site (Click Here). That was about it for visit to Six Flags Over Texas, got my New Giant credit, saw some construction and had a great time.
