The Myrtle Beach Pavilion opens its doors for the last time for a private party and last rides at the park. 4000 tickets were available and all were sold for the last chance to ride. The event began at 3:00 pm and ended at 8:00 pm. The afternoon was filled with rides, free food and and concert music. This was a last chance for most to visit the park for me it was my only chance. It was a great fun park with a large mix of rides from kiddie to adult thrills. One of the remaining seaside parks that are being replaced with highrise development. It was hard to believe that the park was to close for ever that evening. It was an awesome day in Myrtle Beach with beautiful weather and a great amusement park. Below are some photos from the park including the lines at the entrance, photos of lots of rides and of the roller coasters.
