Event Details

This time 61 ACE members were invited to Walt Disney World for a full day of park hopping and riding rides. The event was called the E-Ticket Challange. As we were supposed to try and ride all the E-Ticket rides (Fast Pass as it is called) at all 4 Disney theme parks in one day, however I don't think we were all prepared for the VIP treatment we received. Special tour bus, backstage entrance, park escort, fast pass entry, lunch, construction tour, dessert and a great fireworks show. For those that went will agree it was a fantastic day at Disney World. Thanks to ACE Florida Region and everybody at Walt Disney World for rolling out the red carpet. Our day began with an 8:00 am check in as we prepared for the days activities. We were taken from park to park in a private bus which took us to special backstage areas and entry into the parks through the back gates. First stop was the Magic Kingdom as we headed for a ride on Space Mountain. Arriving at Space Mountain our guides escorted us up the E-Ticket lanes and directly on the ride. No waiting in the queue lines. We rode both sides of the mountain and then we were escorted to the other side of the park to ride Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain with VIP treatment.

Back on the bus headed to another backstage area this time at MGM Studios were the VIP treatment continued. First up was Rock-N-Roller Coaster followed by a ride on Tower of Terror and again no waiting. As our tour guides escorted us directly onto the rides. Last stop was the Star Tours first time around with out sound because of a ride error. I think we had more fun with out the sound.
Back on the bus and headed to the Animal Kingdom with the same VIP treatment as our bus took us to another backstage area. Our group proceed to the Kali River Rapids ride with more VIP treatment, no queue waits as we stopped for a ride on Dinosaur Island after which we stopped for a ride on Primeval Whirl. Which brought us to lunch and an exclusive explanation of their new roller coaster Expedition Everest. After lunch we were taken by the Everest construction site for some photos.
Back on the bus and headed for our last park Epcot. More VIP treatment as we were escorted for rides on Maelstrom and over to Test Track for a quick spin at 64.8 m.p.h. Last stop was the new Mission Space ride which is excellent by the way. Later in the evening we were taken to a private viewing area for the nights fireworks celebration along with a pre-show dessert party.
And here we are catching a ride on Test Track.
