Event Details
The day finally came for me to get a close up look at the new Flying Turns at Knoebels in PA. I flew up in morning and made the drive from Philly to the park. Lots of rain on the highway and lots of rain all day. I couldnt wait to get a look at a new roller coaster being built at the park. The ride is an old classic ride called a bobsled. Construction on the new ride expected to open in 2007 has progressed over the past several months. Construction was currently about half way for main structure of the ride. Anyway rode some of the rides in the rain and did some photos of the construction. Below are photos from my trip to Knoebels showing Flying Turns construction and a few photos of some of the classic rides at the park.
