Construction Update January 4th, 2011!
The new year brings new updates. Mostly a lot of footer and foundation work has been getting done. Looks like track and supports are in stagging and hope to see more track work soon. Lots of building work getting done around the ride entrance and several other buildings. You can get a pretty good sense of the rides shape now with the last trench getting its footings.

Construction Update January 7th, 2011!
Lots of footings going in for mid part of the ride with the final trench getting its foundation. Track has started to be hung for the final launch section. Brakes have started to get installed for the final brake and a trim or roll back after the station launch. Lots of activities around the station and launch areas and more animal exhibit buildings going up.

Construction Update January 11th, 2011!
Cheetah Hunt grows by leaps and bounds. Over the last few days a lot of track has been erected in the far end of the ride. The final launch track has been installed and the mid course brake and part of the heart line roll have been added. More work towards the end of the ride with concrete work for the trenches and other site work getting done. Lots more work around the station area getting done.

Construction Update January 16th, 2011!
Cant turn you back on this thing for a second. Over the past few days more track has been installed for the inversion. Lots of walkways for brake and launches have gotten installed. Lots more work in the trench area getting done. Several new walls have been finished around the bridge area. Appears tons more work has been getting done around the station area.

Construction Update January 31st, 2011!
So what is new at the Cheetah Hunt work site today. New track has been hung since my last visit and track was being hung during my trip to the park. Part of the last hill and turn into the brake have been installed this week. Tons of work for the final trench has been getting worked on this week. It appears that the trench track will go in this week. Lots of station work happening this week also.
