Wing Coaster Train Creation Progress
To create the wing train I am working on a couple ideas of how I would like to create the wing portion of the train to hang the seats out and below part of the track. I have two ideas on how I would like to create the trains, one is to mold the part out of clay and create a mold and make the parts in plastic or forming some type of small metal rod or bar into the shape I want. 
Starting with some drawings to get some ideas of the trains size.
Just a wire in place to
 get a view how the car might look.
Simple molded clay to start getting an idea of shape and size.
October A look at how the train will look on the tracks in various angles.
October a modified clay wing as I refine the shape and work the design.
November doing some more design ideas for the wing in clay.
May 2012 the first of many prototypes that I will create to make the final shape. This one is in a product that hardens and is similar to clay. Once dry I can sand and grind it into the shape I am looking for.
